Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with shipping damage, we will gladly assist you in returning the product for a full refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Damage: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any shipping damage.
  2. Provide Proof of Damage: Please send clear photographs of the damaged product, along with the original packaging, to support@arimassystems.com. These photos will help us assess the situation and expedite your return.
  3. Return Shipping: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Simply package the damaged product securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
  4. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes:

  • All Sales Are Final: Except in cases of shipping damage, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Shipping Damage Claims: All claims for shipping damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
